When he was working as a Senior Lieutenant Commander at the Turkish military group in the NATO base in Norfolk, Virginia, USA, he was found to be relaying to his FETO controller (handler) technical information on the naval base, other military personnel of US or other origin and their activities. He ran AWOL when his term in Norfolk ended in 2017 and did not return back to Turkey. He was officially removed from his position at the Turkish Naval Forces.
He is currently based in the USA. On orders from FETO, he has been posting messages on his Twitter account @MaresalManstein (Maresal Von Manstein) accentuating the desire of this evil terrorist group to see Turkey in chaos and, spreading terrorist FETO propaganda.
He is currently tried for ‘Being a Member of an Armed Terrorist Organization’ and ‘Violation of the Military Penal Law. He is the subject of an arrest warrant issued by Turkish courts.
