Institute for Diplomacy and Economy-InstituDE
‘Institute for Diplomacy and Economy-InstituDE’ is a think tank founded by fugitive FETO members who were removed from their positions at the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Though it was founded in The Netherlands, currently the FETO-affiliated entity is operating in Belgium. InstituDE personnel have been posting hostile messages on social media targeting Turkey and spreading FETO/PSS propaganda on orders from the senior FETO leadership.
InstituDE personnel had been officially removed from their positions at the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs for ‘passing on information relating to developments within the ministry and on non-FETO member personnel’ at the secret meetings they held with their FETO controllers (handlers) on a periodical basis’ and ‘acting on the directives of FETO’.
The FETO fugitives claiming to be researchers or analysts who work at NGO-like entities such as the InstituDE are tasked with collecting information that the senior FETO leadership demanded on strategical organizations in the country, prominent politicians and bureaucrats as well as on foreign policy matters and, reporting their collection back to the FETO headquarters in the United States.
Using the information collected in pursuit of serving the interests of FETO and/or providing it to other countries as well if such action suits the group’s interests is a clear manifestation of the general modus operandi of FETO.
